THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.4244 of 2002 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.4 in not complying and implementing the proceedings Rc.No.163/ B1/ (B2)/ 2000 dated 2.2.2002 of the Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Rajahmundry-2nd respondent, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.4 to send supplementary annual fly-leaf of their college by including the name of the petitioner in the cadre of Senior Assistant for approval of competent authority as requested by respondent No.2 vide proceedings Rc.No.G2/ 1311/ 2000 dated 4.1.2002 and further direct the respondents to pay the backwages in favour of the petitioner which is stopped since 11.1.1999.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Sri K.Ratnam, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that the orders of the Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Rajahmundry-2nd respondent have been complied with. He further submits that this Court granted interim orders in this case on 12.4.2002 directing the 4th respondent to release the salary due to the petitioner from 1.6.2000 till that date as per the proceedings dated 12.5.2000 of the 2nd respondent within a period of three weeks. The 4th respondent filed vacate application seeking

vacation of the said interim order, but, this Court vide orders dated 8.7.2002 was pleased to dismiss the said vacate application and made the interim order absolute. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
