(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, feeling aggrieved by the order, dated 02.04.2016, in I.A.No.Nil of 2016 in A.A.No.129 of 2013, passed by the Arbitrator. 2.

Mr.R.Satyanarayana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to his clients to avail appropriate legal remedies. 3.

The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. 4.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. 5.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., C.R.P.M.P.No.3037 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
