HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5941 of 2017 ORDER:

Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, submits that the petitioner has addressed a letter dated 25.03.2018 to him seeking to withdraw the civil revision petition as the matter has been settled out of Court and, therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision petition.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
