After some arguments, Sri S. Appadhara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondents and liberty to file fresh writ petition if cause of action arises in future and also leave to avail such remedies as may be available to the petitioners in law.
2. Leave is accordingly granted with liberty as prayed for.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. It is needless to observe that if the petitioners avail any such remedy, the same shall be considered on its own merits uninfluenced by the dismissal of this writ petition.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
