ORAL ORDER:

This Court by order dated 2.1.2017 in WP No. 44453 of 2016 directed to examine the revised building plan application and suitable decision to be taken in accordance with the Rules as applicable. Alleging violation of the said direction, this contempt case is filed. Learned standing counsel produced copy of the letter No. 68341/14/03/2016/ACP/TPS/C8/GHMC dated 7.12.2017 whereunder, on consideration of the direction issued by this Court, petitioner was informed that he has submitted representation along with revised plans instead of submitting the building application as per the present procedure in a prescribed format through online process. However, having regard to the direction issued by this Court, revised plans were considered and he was informed the deficiencies in processing the said application and he was also advised to submit appropriate application online as per the procedure in vogue.

The order dated 7.12.2017 is in compliance with the directions issued by this Court. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies as available in law. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
