HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 43584 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 in not taking any steps to stop and to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction raised on H.No.6-3-1247/252, situated at Rajnagar, Opp.Raj Bhavan, Khairathabad, Hyderabad, by respondent Nos.6 and 7, as arbitrary and illegal.
3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents - authorities to dispose of the representation dated 06.10.2018, made by the petitioner, bringing to the notice of the official respondents about the illegal construction being made by the unofficial respondents in the above said house, at the earliest.
4) Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the said representation would be considered, in accordance with law, as early as possible.
5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents - authorities to deal with the representation dated 06.10.2018, made by the petitioner bringing to the notice of the official respondents the illegal constructions being made by the unofficial respondents in H.No.6-3-1247/252, situated at Rajnagar, Opp.Raj Bhavan, Khairathabad, Hyderabad, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned including unofficial respondents, as expeditiously as possible.
