The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent/de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. 2.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offence against the accused in P.R.C.No.20 of 2015 on the file of XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Nampally, Hyderabad, which is outcome of Crime No.138 of 2013 of Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offence. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in P.R.C.No.20 of 2015 on the file of XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
