CVNR,J & GSP,J C.C.No.2341 of 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 27.09.2016, in W.A.M.P.No.2786 of 2015 in W.A.No.278 of 2015.

Today, the respondent - contemnor, who is personally present before the Court, has reported compliance of the aforementioned order. Mr.A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has also submitted that the aforementioned order of this Court has been complied.

However, as there is undue delay in compliance of the aforementioned order, we have called upon the respondent to file an additional affidavit explaining such delay. Accordingly, the respondent has filed an additional affidavit. Though we are not fully convinced with the explanation offered by the respondent, taking the compliance of the order as a mitigating circumstance, we do not propose to take action against the respondent for the long delay in compliance with the order which is not properly explained. However, we caution him to be careful in future. 4.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.

As a sequel to closure of the Contempt Case, Contempt Application No.1037 of 2017 filed by the petitioner of interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
