THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6414 OF 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order, dated 06.12.2016, passed in I.A.No.280 of 2015 in O.S.No.78 of 2004 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Sompeta.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to urge the points raised in this revision petition before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
