O R D E R

Petitioners are eight in number and their claim is that they made applications on 5.5.2018, 15.04.2018, 13.04.2018, 09.04.2018, 21.05.2018, 07.04.2018 and 4.4.2018 respectively, under Section 3 (1) of the A.P. Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwar) Act, 1956, (for short 'the Act') before the 3rd respondent - Special Deputy Tahsildar, for grant of ryotwari patta in respect of subject lands. As the said applications are not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that some of the similar situated persons, who also filed applications under Section 3(1) of the Act, for issuance of ryotwari pattas and when their applications, were not disposed of, they field W.P.No.9976 of 2010 and this court by order dated 09.02.

2017 disposed of the writ petition with the following direction: " . this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the above referred applications of the petitioners to conduct enquiry under Section 3(2) of the Act and to pass orders in accordance with law under Section 3(3) of the Act within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." Learned counsel further submits that when some of the present writ petitioners approached the 3rd respondent to dispose of their applications in terms of the above order of this court, he has made an endorsement in E.Office No.86269/ 2018/ SDT(1) stating that as the present writ petitioners are not parties to W.P.No.9976 of 2010 dated 09.02.2017, their applications cannot be considered.

Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners seek to pass similar order.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the disposing of W.P.No.9976 of 2010 dated 09.02.2017 and the applicability of the same to the facts of the present case. In view of the same, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the above directions of this court in W.P.No.9976 of 2010 dated 09.02.2017.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
