ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by order, dated 25.02.2016, in Original Application No.620 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), the applicant therein filed this Writ Petition.

The applicant filed the above-mentioned O.A. before the Tribunal feeling aggrieved by his allocation to the State of Telangana. In the said O.A., he has also requested for an interim relief of staying the final allocation. By the impugned order, the Tribunal while admitting the said O.A., declined to grant an interim order

by observing that the final allocation of the petitioner to the State of Telangana shall be subject to the result of the O.A.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (Andhra Pradesh) has not disputed that in the Writ Petitions filed with identical grievance as in the present one, this Court has set aside the orders impugned in those Writ Petitions and remanded the cases to the Tribunal for fresh disposal by passing a speaking order, after hearing both sides, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has also directed that the petitioners therein shall not be relieved from their present place of work till disposal of their respective O.As by the Tribunal. As the petitioner also stands in a similar situation, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the said orders, one of which is dated 16.02.2016, in Writ Petition No.4391 of 2016.
