THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2236 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining non-implementation of order, dated 18.10.2016, passed in W.P.No.34537 of 2016. 2.

Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Alwal Circle, Hyderabad, has filed report along with photos before this Court stating that they provide access to the petitioner towards C.C. road existing on the northern side of his house and the order of this Court has been complied with.

Since the respondents have complied with the order of this Court, there is no contempt in the present case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
