Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri D.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, Sri V.Vimal, learned counsel for the third respondent, Sri B.Parameswara Rao, learned counsel for the fourth respondent, Ms.Himabindu, learned counsel for the fifth respondent, Sri P.B.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the sixth respondent, Sri P.Madhusudhana Reddy, learned counsel for the seventh respondent, and Sri Sudesh Anand, learned counsel for the eighth respondent, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. When the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the respondent authorities are strictly adhering to the University Grants Commission Regulations, 2018 and that they will proceed in accordance with the said Regulations. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
