THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33291 of 2016 ORDER:

Ms.Anitha, learned counsel representing Sri Mohd.Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioner, while submitting that the subject matter of the Writ Petition has rendered infructuous, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the contesting respondents submits that seeking Police Protection based on a Civil Court decree, present Writ Petition has been filed, and now the said decree itself has been set aside.

Be that as it may, since learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, permission, as sought for, is accorded and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
