This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1235 of 2011 on the file of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendra Nagar, against the petitioner/accused No.6 for the offences under Sections 448 and 506 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this criminal petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
