This Transfer C.M.P. is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to transfer O.P.No.68 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Warangal to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 19-12-2016. The said submission is recorded.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, no further orders need be passed in this petition. 4.
