This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 09.10.2017 in I.A.S.R.No.17055 of 2017 in I.A.No.2983 of 2017 in O.S.No.128 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to approach the concerned Court for return of original passport. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
