O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that the respondents without follow the due process of law are trying to interfere with their possession and laying road in the subject land.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that some of the affected parties by virtue of the present impugned action of the respondents in trying to lay the road in the subject lands without following due process of law, filed W.P.No.43962 of 2018, and this court by order dated 03.12.2018, disposed of the writ petition directing the respondents not to interfere with the subject property, except in accordance with due procedure laid down by law. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks to pass similar order.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Revenue, Sri P.S.Rajasheker, Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent and Sri Jagadesh Chandra Prasad, learned Standing counsel for 4th respondent. The said learned counsel does not dispute the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the subject property, except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law.
