This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A3 under section 438 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge the petitioner/A-3 on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No. 209 of 2016 of V.Satram Police Station, SPSR Nellore district.

2. After some arguments, M.Sudheer Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner/A3 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.
