This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short "Cr.P.C") to quash the proceedings against petitioner-accused in C.C.No'535 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned yVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 47L, 420, 353, 448, 427 and 506 of I.P.C. and Section 361 of M.C'H' Act, 1955.
None appears for the petitioner. Perused the record. 3.
The case is of the year,2018 and the exact stage of the case before the trial Court is not known. Further, no interim orders were passed by this Court earlier.
