The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with a liberty to avail appropriate remedy against cancellation of the deed registered on 13.09.2017 and rejection of request for extension of time subsequently. 2.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
