HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43590 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 to 5 in not taking any action against the respondents 6 and 7 for making illegal constructions in the Plot No.80, situated at Sy.No.196 part of Jai Jawahar Nagar Colony, Yapral, Alwal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and encroaching the public road as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 2 to 4 on 22.11.2018, seeking to take action against the respondents 6 and 7 for making illegal constructions in the subject property, no action has been taken so far.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to deal with the representation dated 22.11.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to take action against the respondents 6 and 7 for making illegal constructions in the subject property, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of six to eight from the date of receipt of copy of this order by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
