THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.43829 OF 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) The petitioners, being three of the applicants in O.A.No.8364 of 2011 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, filed this writ petition seeking implementation of the order dated 27.10.2011 passed in the said O.A.

It is relevant to note that the other applicants in O.A.No.8364 of 2011 filed W.P.No.30605 of 2018 seeking the same relief and the said writ petition was allowed by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2018 directing the authorities to give effect to and implement the order dated 27.10.2011 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.8364 of 2011. For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated order passed in W.P.No.30605 of 2018 and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also allowed directing the authorities to give effect to and implement the order dated 27.10.2011 passed in O.A.No.8364 of 2011. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
