This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 03-10-2017 in I.A.No. 565 of 2017 in O.S.No. 459 of 2013 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

After arguing the case, Sri G.Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition so as to avail the opportunity of persuading the proposed witness to give her evidence and avail a fresh remedy in the event he fails in his endeavour in that regard. 3.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
