HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18043 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Home.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"Issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the case on the report dated 02.05.2016 and implementing the orders of Officer on Special Duty of SC & ST Commission, Hyderabad, dated 29.03.2016 as illegal, arbitrary; and consequently direct the respondents to register case against Florence David and give protection to the petitioner and his family members from her hands." The Government Pleader for Home filed counter stating that basing on the report, dated 02.05.2016, a case in Crime No.86 of 2016 of Bangarupalyam Police Station came to be registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 342 and 506 read with 34 IPC against four accused.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication and the same is accordingly, closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
