THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9485 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking anticipatory bail in an un-numbered crime on the file of Valigonda Police Station, Nalgonda District.

The case of the petitioner is that he is working as Sarpanch of the Duppalli village, and some rival people made complaint against him alleging that he has obtained loans from the banks by tampering the signatures.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no case is registered against the petitioner in the above said police station and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal petition is not maintainable and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
