HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.43716 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed an application on 04-06-2018 for mutation of his name in respect of subject land' as his father passed away. On that the petitioner was informed by way of memo that his request is accepted. But no action is taken subsequently. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that the petitioner has to make necessary application under form VI-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act").

In the memo issued by the 2nd respondent, it is not clear with regard to action taken on the application of the petitioner except saying that his application is accepted. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make application under Form VI-A of the Act giving entire particulars of the subject land and on such application, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 03-12-2018 Nvl
