HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.3248 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was instituted alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 19.02.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.44903 of 2017. By the said order, the Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was directed to consider the application dated 22.6.2017 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame. The Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, filed a counter-affidavit stating that pursuant to the aforestated order, he considered the application of the petitioner dated 22.6.2017 and issued the endorsement dated 05.12.2018.

A copy of the said endorsement is placed on record. Perusal thereof reflects that the Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, called for a report from the Mandal Surveyor, Serilingampally Mandal, and thereupon rejected the request of the petitioner for demarcation.

In the light of the aforestated development, it is clear that the complaint of the petitioner as to non-compliance with the order dated 19.02.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.44903 of 2017 stands settled. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the endorsement dated 05.12.2018 issued by the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, he would necessarily have to seek redressal thereof by independent proceedings in

accordance with law. Leaving it open to the petitioner to do so, if so advised, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this order. No order as to costs. ________________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 08th February, 2019 dr
