Pursuant to the notice, dated 15.12.2017, issued in the present contempt case, the second respondent appeared before this Court and produced proceedings, dated 18.01.2018, rejecting the case of the petitioner, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.4612 of 2016, dated 23.09.2016.

In view of the same, the contempt case is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is open to him to pursue the same in appropriate proceedings.
