A perusal of the case status information placed before this Court by the Registry reveals that the subject suit in O.S.No.16 of 2016 on the file of I Additional District Judge, at Karimnagar, was decreed with costs on 22.01.2020.

Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
