This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 11.7.2017 passed in I.A.No.124 of 2017 in O.S.No.195 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Allagadda.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision with liberty to urge the quantum of payment of stamp duty and penalty on the document in question, before the trial Court. Permission is granted.
