ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - A.2, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.53 of 2015 of Narasaraopet I Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for an offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, though charge sheet has not been filed, petitioner has to attend before the Trial Court on each and every date of adjournment.

Hence the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court not to insist the appearance of petitioner - A.2 till the charge sheet is filed and numbered. The learned Magistrate shall obtain a bond that he shall appear before the Court as and when summons are served on him.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
