It is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the order dated 14.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.3 of 2018 in W.P.No.38361 of 2018, the Union of India filed W.A.No.1606 of 2018 and a Division Bench of this Court has modified the order, directing the State Government to provide necessary police protection.

In view of the above, Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
