HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 43600 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in allowing respondent No.4 to construct the building without valid permission in Plot Nos.303 and 304 of Sardar Patel Nagar, Hydernagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, as arbitrary and illegal.

3) Though various grounds are raised, the grievance of the petitioner appears to be the inaction of the respondents - authorities in considering the representation dated 09.11.2018, bringing to their notice the illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondent in plot Nos.303 and 304 of Sardar Patel Nagar, Hydernagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

4) Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the said representation would be considered, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents - authorities to deal with the

representation dated 09.11.2018, made by the petitioner bringing to the notice of the official respondents, the illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondent in plot Nos.303 and 304 of Sardar Patel Nagar, Hydernagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned including unofficial respondents, as expeditiously as possible.
