HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 3 6 2 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, dated 05.12.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "The petitioner herein has submitted a representation, dated 09.11.2018, with the S.H.O., II-Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, requesting to provide Police aid and for implementation of the Orders passed by the Hon'ble Court Principal Junior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda, in E.A.No.61/ 2016 in E.P.No.23/ 2016 in sono.259/ 2010, dated 13.11.2017.

I humbly submit that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner herein, this respondent has provided Police protection on 16.12.2018 to the suit schedule lands of the petitioner covered by O.S.No.259/ 2010. To that effect, entries were made into the Station General Diary.

I humbly submit that this respondent assures to this Hon'ble Court that this respondent is ready and willing to provide Police protection as long as the Orders, dated 13.11.2017 passed in E.A.No.61/ 2016 in E.P.No.23/ 2016 in O.S.No.259/ 2010 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda, are in force.

It is pertinent to submit that it is always open to the petitioner to make representation seeking Police aid to the suit schedule property in question as and when required and this respondent shall provide protection to the suit schedule lands of the petitioner.

It is also respectfully submitted that this respondent is taking steps in obtaining an undertaking from the defendants in the suit i.e., unofficial respondents herein.

Already, this respondent asked the unofficial respondents not to interfere with the suit schedule lands of the petitioner herein and to obey the Police protection orders granted by the Hon'ble Court."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, dated 05.12.2018.
