Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not taking any action against the illegal constructions being carried out on the northern side of the petitioner's Spike 'B' 8 plots four floors, as illegal and arbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though a representation was made on 29.10.2018 to the Deputy Commissioner - respondent No.3, seeking enquiry over the unauthorized constructions being carried out in the said plots, till date no action has been initiated.

Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the said representation would be dealt with, in accordance with law, at the earliest. 5.
Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to deal with the representation dated 29.10.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking enquiry over the unauthorized constructions being carried out in the subject plots, in accordance with law, as early as possible. No costs. 6.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
