Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Station House Officer, Amrabad Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, that in the event of his arrest, he may be released on bail. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Keeping in view the serious allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.
