As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.01.2018, the matter was directed to be listed today. Though there was some confusion with regard to listing of matters from item No.49 onwards, this matter was listed as item No.58 and a copy of the list available with the Court is displayed before the Court Hall and in spite of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent even today also. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
