HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition Nos.7165 and 7208 of 2018 ORDER:

These revisions arise out of the order passed by the Court below allowing the application for restoration of MVOP. But, it is stated that subsequently the MVOP was again dismissed for default. Therefore, nothing survives in these revisions. Hence, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
