This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr.p.C.) by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings in C.C No.944 of 2018 on the file of the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, for the offences punishable under Section 304(A) of I.P.C. and Section 196 of Motor Vehicle Act.

None appears for the petitioner. Perused the record. 3.
The case is of the year 2018. No interim order was granted by this Court, when the case was filed. The grounds raised in this petition can be agitated before the concerned trial Court as the questions of fact can be decided by the concerned trial Court 4.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, sha1l stand closed.
