Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

From a perusal of the averments made in the writ petition and arguments of counsel for petitioner, it is clear that the petitioner does not have any grievance in the writ petition and his grievance is about his brother's property. His brother already filed WP.No.31527/2017 and the same is pending adjudication.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
