O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they are landless and houseless persons below the poverty line and they were allotted house site pattas in the year 2010 along with other beneficiaries. Now the grievance of the petitioners is that though they were given pattas, possession was not given and therefore, the 4th respondent - A. P. State Housing Corporation is not release housing loans, enabling them to construct houses. Hence, in this writ petition, they are seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 - revenue authorities to handover possession and consequently to direct the 4th respondent - Corporation to grant loans for construction of houses.

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In the material papers filed along with the writ petition, petitioners filed copy of the letter in Rc.E1/1874/2014 dated 19.6.2014 addressed by the 2nd respondent - District Collector to the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar to enquire into the representation of the persons who are similarly situated as that of writ petitioners, for giving physical possession. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the claim of the writ petitioners may also be directed to be considered in the light of letter dated 19.6.2014.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action in accordance with law in pursuance of the letter in Rc.E1/1874/2014 dated 19.6.2014. No order as to costs.
