THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 44235 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following prayer ::

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order to declare and set aside the Notice dated 17.11.2016 in Lr.No.B/GOMS No.59/2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary." Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the subject matter of the present writ petition is squarely covered by W.P.No.44092 of 2016, which was disposed of by this Court on 19.12.2016. Hence, he prays for disposal of this writ petition on the same lines as that of W.P.No.44092 of 2016. The same is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In that view of the matter, following the order dated 19.12.2016 passed in W.P.No.

44092 of 2016, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to submit their representations bringing to the notice of the 3rd respondent the facts relating to the tile of their respective properties, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and inturn the 3rd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law. If the 3rd respondent feels that the properties are not Government lands, he may pass appropriate orders.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
