THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.19285 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK,J) The petitioner is the applicant in O.A.No.1931 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. Therein, he challenged the Charge Memo dated 08.01.2016 issued to him by the Superintendent of Police, Railway Police District, Secunderabad. By order dated 08.06.2016, the Tribunal dismissed the O.A. Hence, this writ petition.

It is now stated before us that the Superintendent of Police, Government Railway Police, Secunderabad, issued proceedings dated 25.03.2017 opining that there was no need to continue the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner pursuant to the Charge Memo dated 08.01.2016.

In the light of this development, the writ petition is disposed of setting aside the impugned Charge Memo and also the order dated 08.06.2016 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.1931 of 2016. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
