THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.25347 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring Ac.3.50 cents inSy.No.342 of Vargani Village, Pedanandiadu Mandal, Guntur District.

The petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.26471 of 2014 with the same interim prayer, but no orders were granted and the same is pending. Again he filed the present writ petition with the very same prayer.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions wherein it is stated that the subject property is recorded as Government land and is kept as vacant and not under the possession and enjoyment of the present petitioner.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, I do not see any merit to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
