HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13020 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that he made an application on 26.02.2016 to respondent No.3 for updating the revenue records on the online server maintained by the respondents, regarding the subject land belonging to him, but respondent No.3 has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the application filed by the petitioner does not show that it has been received by respondent No.3 and that if the petitioner files a fresh application before respondent No.3, respondent No.3 will take action pursuant thereto, within four weeks from the date of submission of the said application.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application to respondent No.3 and on receipt of such application, respondent No.3 shall take action, within a period of four (4) weeks therefrom. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
