THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.39548 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to initiate action against the illegal construction being made by the respondent No.4 in respect of the premises bearing No.9-11-119/3 and 119/4, situated at Qazi Galli, Golconda Fort, Hyderabad, by invoking the provisions under Section 452 and 636 of the HMC Act declaring the construction being carried out by the 4th respondent as illegal, unauthorized, contrary to the provisions of HMC Act.

At the time of arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submitted a representation dated:4.11.2017 to the 3rd respondent. The only relief sought for by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated:4-11-2017, in accordance with the provisions of the GHMC Act.

Learned Standing Counsel submitted that four weeks time may be granted for disposal of the representation of the petitioner. Contd..P.2.

In view of the submissions made by both the Counsel, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated:4-11-2017 in accordance with the provisions of GHMC Act, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petition/s, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
