HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition Nos.46543, 46565 and 46593 of 2016 Common Order:

These Writ Petitions are filed challenging the order dated 23.11.2016 directing the petitioners to vacate the Aqua Culture Ponds, since the temporary permissions granted were cancelled. This Court, by interim orders, granted stay of the order of vacation of the Aqua Culture Ponds. Now, letters are filed seeking withdrawal of the Writ Petitions.

The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the withdrawal of the Writ Petitions, the stay orders granted earlier stands vacated and the impugned orders stand revived. In view of the same, it is open to the respondents to take action, if cause of action survives under the impugned orders.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in these Writ Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
