HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.146 of 2016 ORDER:

1. This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21175 of 2014 dated 28.07.2014.

2. This Court disposed of W.P.No.21175 of 2014 on 28.07.2014 by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner in 2009 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two months.

When the Contempt Case is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 19.11.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent rejecting the appeal preferred by the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, no further proceedings can be taken in the present Contempt Case.
