Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter on 08-03-2018 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh, stating that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner expired and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition through the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
